Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.

Delivery Times

United States: 5–12 business days after processing. Free standard shipping on orders over $49.

International: Canada 6–12 business days · United Kingdom 7–12 · Australia & New Zealand 7–15 · Europe 6–12. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated windows cover the vast majority of orders, but customs and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Allow 2–5 days for tracking events to start appearing.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. VELORA isn't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer — but reach out fast and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
